Corporate governance

The Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance, published by economiesuisse, provides voluntary recommendations for Swiss companies, including shareholder rights, boards of directors, conflicts of interest, compliance and transparency.

Under the “comply or explain” principle, departures from the recommendations should be explained. The download provides information about the framework and does not declare that EBB has fully implemented it.
